Calculations and cost
Cip-Almaty provides car rental services on a 50% prepayment basis.
Payment is made by transfer, cash and non-cash method and must be made no later than 3 banking days before the start of the rental. Please note that the length of the banking day may depend on your bank's work schedule. The full rental amount must be paid in advance. Please note: late payment may result in cancellation of the service, including applications that have already been confirmed.
Refund of funds upon cancellation of the lease
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the order - refund of 90% of the amount.
- Cancellation in the period from 30 to 7 days before the order is 70% of the amount.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the order - 50% of the amount.
Exceeding the rental time
If the agreed time is exceeded, the bid is rounded up.
- 15-30 minutes - the rate is at least half an hour.
- 31-59 minutes - the rate is up to an hour.
Changing the route
If you decide to change the route, coordinate the changes with our manager or driver. If you rely on the driver as a navigator, deviating from the set route, the company is not responsible for the delay.
Force majeure situations
If the transport has arrived, but no one gets out, the waiting time is 1 hour, after which the driver has the right to leave. The exception is a transfer from the airport or train station.
Release from liability
In case of military operations, strikes, accidents, traffic jams, natural disasters or natural disasters, we are exempt from liability.
Airport transfers
The transfer route strictly corresponds to the one specified in the contract. The customer is obliged to provide information about the arrival flight (flight number and airport). The meeting time will be coordinated with the actual arrival time, as flights may be delayed. Free waiting for passengers is provided within one hour from the moment the plane lands. After this time, the hourly billing of the selected transport rental begins.
It is prohibited in all Cip-Almaty vehicles.:
- Moving around the cabin while driving;
- Unbuckling seat belts during the ride;
- Smoking cigarettes or electronic cigarettes;
- Being in a state of alcoholic or toxic intoxication;
- Insulting the driver and attempts to incite him to violations, such as speeding, traffic violations or exceeding seats in transport;
- Passengers are allowed to disembark only in strictly designated places that comply with the rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages during the trip is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, the contractor has the right to impose penalties in the amount of 50,000 tenge for each transfer where the violation occurred, in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the appendix.
Damage and dirt in the cabin:
In case of damage to vehicles or dirt left in the cabin, a damage report is drawn up, and the customer is obliged to reimburse the costs.
